These terms and conditions govern your use of the Akanksha Singh Basketball Academy website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Programs & Enrolment

All enrolments are subject to availability. The Academy reserves the right to modify program schedules, coaching staff, and training content at its discretion. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Payment Terms

Program fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of training unless an instalment plan has been agreed upon. Late payments may result in suspension of training access.

3. Health & Safety

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in basketball training activities. The Academy requires a medical clearance form for all participants. The Academy is not liable for any injuries sustained during training.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants, parents, and visitors are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. The Academy reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and training materials, is the property of Akanksha Singh Basketball and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

6. Photography & Media

The Academy may photograph or film training sessions, camps, and events for promotional purposes. By enrolling, participants and guardians consent to the use of such media unless they opt out in writing.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation and the specific program terms. Please contact us for details.
